Patient Preparation Data

We store preparation sequences, medication instructions, dietary guidelines, and colonoscopy information created by clinic staff. Patient-facing data is accessed via QR codes and does not require patient account creation.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the application, including device information, browser type, and access times.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Create and manage your account
• Generate patient preparation instructions and QR codes

• Ensure the security of our platform

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

6. Patient Data

Patient preparation instructions are accessible only via unique QR codes. No patient personal health information is collected or stored by MedPrep beyond the preparation instructions created by clinic staff.

• Request a copy of data we hold about you
